Physical Therapist - Full Time

About the role

We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients. You’ll help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they’re recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions.

Responsibilities

• Help patients recover from injuries or manage long-term conditions.
• Provide clinical oversight and support through leadership from licensed physical therapists.
• Work a flexible schedule, including Monday-Friday (8-hour days with flexibility for 4x10s), one weekend per month, and coverage of one holiday per year.

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy license required to start.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Home health experience preferred.
• Hospital or SNF experience also preferred.

Qualifications

• PTO accrual that increases with tenure.
• Medical, dental, and vision insurance.

• Six major holidays plus four floating holidays (one per quarter).
• Employees are required to work one holiday per year.
• Mileage reimbursement at $0.70/mile.
