Physical Therapist - Full Time

Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to provide outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation services in a clinic setting. The role offers 1:1 patient care and involves evaluating and treating patients, developing treatment plans, educating patients and families, and collaborating with healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and implement treatment plans, considering discharge needs and functional outcomes
• Provide treatment and education tailored to individual patient needs
• Delegate tasks to assistants, techs, and students, ensuring appropriate skill levels
• Complete accurate documentation in compliance with policies
• Conduct assessments, reassessments, and consultations for physical therapy services
• Make referrals to specialists when necessary

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy required; Master's preferred
• Current Physical Therapist license
• No prior experience necessary
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
