Physical Therapist - Full Time

About the role

Full-time Physical Therapist responsible for improving patient mobility, comfort, and activity levels, whether recovering from injury or managing chronic conditions in an outpatient setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage outpatient caseload, typically treating 10–12 patients daily.
• Provide evidence-based, patient-centered care with strong communication and clinical reasoning skills.
• Work a flexible daytime schedule, primarily Monday–Friday.
• Use AI-powered documentation tools to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from a CAPTE-accredited program.
• Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility.
• Excellent communication, clinical reasoning, and patient care abilities.
• Willingness to commit to a two-year contractual agreement.

Position open to new graduates with manageable caseload expectations.
