About the role

The Staff Therapist II provides care for a complex patient population, demonstrating independence and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates independence and accountability in providing care for a complex patient population.
• Contributes to professional and departmental growth.
• Provides age-appropriate care based on patient needs.

Requirements

• One year of professional experience or completion of facility competencies.
• Holds an Arkansas State license.
• Holds CPR certification (can be obtained post-hire).

Qualifications

• Occupational Therapist: OTR or registry eligible with a BS or MS from an AOTA-accredited program.
• Physical Therapist: AR licensure through the Arkansas State Board of Physical Therapy.
• Speech-Language Pathologist: Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Recreation Therapist: B.A. in Recreation or related field.

Skills

• Ability to provide age-appropriate care based on patient needs.
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
