Physical Therapist Float - Outpatient

About the role

Float Physical Therapist supporting multiple outpatient locations, providing hands-on care, patient education, and movement therapy to improve patient outcomes in a collaborative, patient-focused environment with mentorship opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients, develop and reassess treatment plans to address physical or developmental dysfunctions.
• Implement individualized treatment programs, educate patients and families, and promote preventive care.
• Communicate with healthcare teams and document patient progress accurately.
• Participate in educational activities, safety protocols, and special projects as needed.
• Work across various clinic sites.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Doctor of Physical Therapy preferred.
• New Mexico Physical Therapy license and BLS certification required.
• New graduates encouraged to apply.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and adaptability skills.

Pay

$2.00/hour shift differential for role flexibility.
