Physical Therapist Float - Outpatient

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient screenings, assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement and modify therapies based on patient progress
• Document care activities accurately
• Participate in program planning and protocol development
• Cook discharge and follow-up care
• Demonstrate effective time management and professional communication
• Serve as a clinical instructor and mentor to staff and students
• Contribute to improving patient access and organizational goals

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy
• Valid licensure in relevant jurisdictions
• CPR/BLS certification
• Strong evaluation, treatment, communication, and customer service skills
• Proactive in continuing education
• Team collaboration abilities
