Role Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans with patient and family involvement.
- Implement evidence-based treatment protocols, monitor patient progress, and adjust plans as necessary.
- Coordinate discharge planning, ensure accurate documentation, and facilitate timely follow-up.
- Manage workload effectively, maintain professionalism, and promote patient-centered care.
- Participate in continuing education, serve as a clinical instructor, and mentor staff and students.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams and contribute to program planning and protocol development.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy.
- Licensure in applicable regions and CPR certification.
- Proficiency in evaluation, treatment implementation, documentation, and patient communication.
- Strong time management, adaptability, and team collaboration skills.
