Responsibilities
- Conduct eligibility determination evaluations for children referred to the ITP using standardized testing tools and informal evaluation methods such as observation and caregiver reports.
- Evaluate the adaptive, communication, motor, cognitive and social-emotional development of children birth-three to determine eligibility for ITP services.
- Complete developmental assessments.
- Provide consultation and support to families and other direct services CDSA staff.
- Aid in the development of family service plans in collaboration with other team members.
- Provide treatment services as needed.
- Manage multiple tasks while adhering to timelines when submitting documentation.
Requirements
This position requires licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of North Carolina.

Hourly Rate of Pay: $35.88 (Based on education and/or years of relevant work experience reflected on the application).
