About the Role
This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days in-clinic and 2 days remote work.
Responsibilities
- Provide in-person and virtual physical therapy services, including telehealth and remote therapeutic monitoring.
- Develop personalized care plans for patients with orthopedic and neurologic conditions.
- Utilize digital platforms for evaluations, assessments, and treatment documentation.
- Collaborate with clinicians and support digital health program growth.
- Monitor patient outcomes, analyze data, and support program development and marketing.
- Serve as a liaison between patients, providers, and digital health leadership.
Requirements
- Diploma from a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program and FL licensure (or in process).
- Minimum 2 years outpatient clinical experience; digital health experience preferred.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care.
- Strong communication, documentation, and digital platform skills.
