About the Role
A hybrid full-time position combining in-clinic and remote care as a Physical Therapist specializing in digital health.
Responsibilities
- Develop personalized treatment plans for diverse orthopedic and neurologic patients.
- Deliver telehealth evaluations and treatments.
- Monitor patient outcomes using advanced software.
- Document clinical activities.
- Support the growth of the digital health program.
- Act as a liaison between patients, providers, and digital health leadership to ensure quality care and program optimization.
- Engage in data analysis, reporting, and marketing efforts related to remote services.
Key Duties
- Provide in-person and virtual therapy.
- Utilize digital platforms for assessments and treatments.
- Collaborate with clinical teams.
- Support program development.
- Contribute to community health impact.
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma from a CAPTE-approved physical therapy program.
- Florida PT license (or in process).
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Minimum of 2 years of outpatient experience.
- Digital health experience preferred.
- Dedication to high-quality patient care.
