About the Role

The Clinic Manager - Physical Therapist leads outpatient clinical operations while delivering personalized patient care.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for diverse patients, including orthopedic and neurologic cases.
• Use advanced software to measure outcomes and efficiently document evaluations, treatments, and discharges.
• Manage daily clinic operations, including financial, administrative, and personnel aspects.
• Collaborate with team members to foster growth and a positive clinic culture.
• Lead community-focused patient care and develop staff.

Requirements

• Degree from a CAPTE-accredited program.
• Licensed or eligible as a Physical Therapist.
• At least one year of experience.
• Demonstrated passion for learning, growth, and impact.
