Physical Therapist - Clinic Manager - Full-Time

About the role

Lead and manage outpatient physical therapy clinics, providing personalized care to diverse patient populations with orthopedic and neurologic diagnoses. Develop treatment plans, measure outcomes using advanced software, and ensure efficient documentation of evaluations, treatments, and discharges.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily clinic operations, including financial, administrative, and personnel tasks
• Collaborate with team members to foster a positive clinic culture and support professional growth
• Pursue ongoing education through workshops, conferences, and community engagement
• Utilize technology, such as EMR automations and AI tools, to optimize workflows

Requirements

• Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
• Licensed or license eligible as a PT
• Minimum of one year of physical therapy experience
• Passion for patient care, learning, and impact
