Physical Therapist - Clinic Manager
About the role
As a Clinic Manager - Physical Therapist (PT) at CORA, you’ll make a powerful impact on your local community through inclusive physical therapy treatment. You’ll develop and deliver personalized plans of care for a diverse patient population with both orthopedic and neurologic diagnoses, objectively measure patient outcomes using cutting-edge software, and efficiently document evaluations, treatments, re-evaluations, and discharge notes. You’ll also actively pursue professional growth through professional affiliations, workshop attendance, conferences, and community events.
In this role, you’ll manage the daily operations of your clinic, including financial, administrative, and personnel management, and collaborate with teammates to grow your skills and clinic culture.
Responsibilities

- Efficiently document evaluations, treatments, re-evaluations, and discharge notes.

- Manage daily clinic operations, including financial, administrative, and personnel management.

Requirements
- Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Licensed or license-eligible as a Physical Therapist (PT).
- At least one year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
- A passion to learn, grow, and make an impact.

Pay
Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates at eligible locations. Specific terms and eligibility will be discussed during the hiring process.
