About the role

The Clinic Manager leads the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including patient treatment, onboarding new employees, training current employees, and being an active member of the community.

Responsibilities

• Treatment of patients
• Onboarding and training of new employees
• Reviewing treatment plans
• Enhancing patient health and quality of life
• Leading a culture of teamwork, continuous learning, and growth

Requirements

• Physical Therapy Program, Physical Therapy Assistant Program, or Occupational Therapy Program degree
• Current Professional licensure as a Physical Therapist, Physical Therapist Assistant, or Occupational Therapist
• CPR Certification

Pay

$68,640 - $116,000 annually
