About the role

This position allows the opportunity to treat both land and aquatic patients, manage additional clinical/administrative staff, and have operational oversight over the center.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure excellent customer service to patients, physicians, case managers and other users of clinical services.
  • Develop facility specific objectives, priorities and strategic planning.
  • Prepare annual budgets.
  • Operate clinic within budget allocation.
  • Review and integrate clinic statistics.
  • Administer, review and update policies and procedures.
  • Identify, develop and implement new programs and services, monitor new programs.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory and licensing agencies, standards of practice and Code of Conduct.

Requirements

  • Current and valid clinical licensure as a Physical Therapist.
  • Two years supervisory or management experience in a Rehabilitation Outpatient Clinic setting preferred.

Qualifications

  • Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.
