About the role
Company Description
Location: 14700 Lake Shore Dr, Charlevoix, MI - W
Schedule: 37.5 Hours Weekly - Monday - Friday from 8AM -4PM
Status: Full Time
Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs for physical therapy
- Create and execute individual treatment plans
- Provide quality treatment to patients
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Maintain effective collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree graduate from an accredited school of Physical Therapy
- State of Michigan Physical Therapy License
