What You’ll Do
- Perform assessments and demonstrates proficiency in body mechanics and growth/development of all ages.
- Ability to interpret and identify functional goals and objectives to build treatment plans.
- Provide education and resources to patients and their family.
- Requires the ability to ensure accurate documentation for treatment plans, progress notes, discharges, and evaluations.
- Communicates effectively with patients, families, providers, and other team members.
- Retains accurate knowledge of hospital policies, regulations, and standards of practice for compliance purposes.
- Follows HIPAA compliance.
- Participates in continuous education and best practices.
