Physical Therapist ATRMC (Rehab) Inpatient
Full-time position (1.0 FTE), primarily Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM. Weekend and holiday work may be assigned as needed; hours may vary according to patient care requirements.
About the role
The Physical Therapist delivers physical therapy services to a diverse patient population and collaborates with the rehabilitation team and other departments to provide quality, cost-effective care that maximizes independent function. Therapists may be assigned permanently, temporarily, or simultaneously to multiple worksites and must be generalists capable of performing basic assessments for all referred patients.
We seek individuals who thrive in a positive, team-oriented environment and are comfortable working in intensive care, general medical, and surgical units. Flexibility in assignments and weekend rotations is required, and therapists may be asked to cover other worksites.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (required)
- No prior experience required beyond licensure
- Physical Therapist license by the Oregon Physical Therapist Licensing Board, or Physical Therapist Compact Privilege (PTCP) (required upon start)
- Temporary PT license issued by the Oregon Board of Physical Therapy (PT-Temp) accepted for new hires awaiting permanent license; permanent license must be obtained within 90 days
- Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) certified through the American Heart Association (AHA) (required upon start)
Pay
Starting salary: $45.26 per hour and up, depending on experience.
