Inpatient Rehab Physical Therapist

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, organize, and participate in rehabilitative programs to improve mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and prevent deformity in patients.
• Implement treatment plans, select appropriate activities, and revise goals with patient and family input.
• Provide education, discharge instructions, follow-up, and referrals.
• Collaborate with physicians for ongoing evaluation and establish realistic discharge plans.
• Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and family education per departmental guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
• Valid PT license
• BLS certification
• Effective communication, customer service focus, teamwork, and basic computer skills required
