Inpatient Rehab Physical Therapist
About the role
The Physical Therapist evaluates, plans, and implements individualized treatment programs for patients recovering from illness, injury, surgery, stroke, neurological conditions, orthopedic procedures, and other complex medical diagnoses. The therapist plays a key role in maximizing functional outcomes and supporting safe discharge planning.
In this role, you will work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and case management professionals to deliver exceptional rehabilitation care at HCA Healthcare's Doctors Hospital of Augusta.
Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist (LPT)
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
