Clinical decisions are made in the clinic - not by a spreadsheet or regional manager. We treat the whole person, not just the injury, and we intentionally keep our environment supportive and low-pressure so therapists can do their best work. Responsibilities Evaluate and treat patients using individualized plans of careReassess progress and adjust treatmentsCollaborate with fellow clinicians whenever desiredHelp patients return to meaningful activities (sports, lifting, parenting, life) Requirements Massachusetts licensed Physical TherapistSolid clinical reasoningInterest in ortho, sports, or pelvic health (New grads welcome - structured mentorship provided) Compensation & Benefits Salary: $85,000 - $105,000 Caseload intentionally capped to maintain care quality.
