About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, develop tailored treatment plans, and help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals in an outpatient setting.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical conditions, mobility, and functional abilities.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and patient goals, considering evidence-based practices.
- Implement various therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, modalities, and patient education.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, treatment sessions, and outcomes in compliance with regulations and clinic policies using Raintree.
- Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation processes, home exercise programs, and preventative care strategies.
- Regularly assess and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and feedback.
- Stay updated on the latest research, techniques, and best practices in physical therapy through continuing education and professional growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Previous outpatient experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Pay
$80,000 - $115,000 annually depending on experience.
