Physical Therapist

About the role

VNA Health Group is a healthcare provider that offers in-home and community-based physical therapy services. We are currently seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients based on individual physical therapy needs
• Develop and adjust care plans in collaboration with physicians
• Monitor patient progress and document changes in condition
• Ensure high-quality care while following safety protocols and attendance standards

Requirements

• Valid NJ Physical Therapy License
• 2-3 years of clinical or community experience preferred
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and computer skills
• Valid NJ driver’s license and reliable transportation

Pay

In compliance with New Jersey's Pay Transparency Act, the compensation range for this position is USD $84,000 to USD $112,000. This range is determined based on the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's work experience, education/training, relevant skills, internal pay equity, and market and organizational conditions.
