About the role

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to develop and implement individualized treatment programs based on comprehensive evaluations of neurological, musculoskeletal, cardiovascular, and pulmonary systems.

Responsibilities

• Designing, managing, and revising treatment plans
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
• Educating patients and families
• Documenting all care activities accurately and timely
• Supervising and mentoring Physical Therapy Assistants, Rehab Aides, and students
• Ensuring compliance with regulations and departmental policies

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
• State licensure
