About the role

As our Physical Therapist, you'll begin each day by evaluating new and existing patients, assessing their mobility, strength, function, and overall rehabilitation needs, and developing customized treatment plans designed to support both short-term progress and long-term success. You'll implement evidence-based therapy programs using a variety of techniques, closely monitor patient progress, and make treatment modifications as needed to ensure safe and effective recovery. Throughout the day, you'll collaborate with caregivers, healthcare providers, Physical Therapist Assistants, technicians, and support staff to coordinate care, communicate patient progress, and create positive outcomes. You'll also maintain accurate documentation, recommend assistive equipment or follow-up care programs when appropriate, develop discharge plans, and continuously expand your professional knowledge through educational opportunities—all while serving as a trusted source of encouragement and motivation for every patient you treat.
