Responsibilities

• Conduct Physical Therapy assessments of referred patients providing direct patient care to assess medical conditions, functional capabilities, limitations, and potential for rehabilitation
• Proficient in EMR documentation (we use PCC but experience in this system is not required)
• CPR Certification

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) college or university
• Valid Physical Therapy (PT) license for state practicing
