Responsibilities
- Conduct Physical Therapy assessments of referred patients
- Provide direct patient care to assess medical conditions, functional capabilities, limitations, and potential for rehabilitation
- Proficient in EMR documentation (experience with PCC system not required)
Requirements
- Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) college or university
- Valid Physical Therapy (PT) license for state practicing
- CPR Certification
