Physical Therapist

Fit Physical Therapy, a member of Therapy Partners Group, has been the premier provider for outpatient orthopedics serving Mesquite, St. George, and surrounding communities for over 20 years. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical conditions, mobility, and functional abilities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and patient goals, considering evidence-based practices.
• Implement various therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, modalities, and patient education.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, treatment sessions, and outcomes in compliance with regulations and clinic policies using Raintree.
• Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation processes, home exercise programs, and preventative care strategies.
• Regularly assess and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and feedback.
• Stay updated on the latest research, techniques, and best practices in physical therapy through continuing education and professional growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Previous outpatient experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

Pay

Total compensation package of $100k+ per year, with a salary range of $90,000–105,000 per year based on experience.
