Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, evidence-based care that helps patients achieve their functional goals
- Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, recovery expectations, and injury prevention
- Manage a diverse caseload while maintaining high standards of clinical quality and patient experience
- Collaborate with colleagues and referral partners to provide coordinated patient care
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards
- Support Therapeutic Associates' mission, values, and commitment to continuous learning and professional development
Qualifications
- Current Physical Therapist license, or anticipated completion of DPT program requirements and licensing examinations within six months
- Commitment to providing exceptional patient care
- Desire to continuously learn, grow, and contribute to a collaborative team environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Pay
Base compensation is $36-$43 per hour.
