About the role

Therapeutic Associates West Valley Physical Therapy is an outpatient clinic seeking a Physical Therapist to join their innovative team. The clinic is committed to providing high-quality patient care and supports its staff's professional and personal growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide education and counseling to patients and families regarding treatments and goals, safety risks, and other relevant issues within the scope of practice.
• Evaluate physical and functional status, cognitive, psychological, and perceptual abilities to determine patient capabilities to function safely.
• Document evaluations, treatments, and coordination of care contacts according to appropriate facility policies.
• Independently manage a case load to optimize overall care plans.
• Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and requirements, as well as facility/agency-specific policies and procedures.
• Support special projects and other designated activities in alignment with the organization's mission and core values.

Requirements

• Physical Therapist license OR anticipated completion of DPT coursework and exams within 6 months.
• A commitment to top-quality patient care.
• An eagerness to develop skills and support team members' development.

Qualifications

• Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practice and patient-centered care.

Pay

$81,000 - 94,000+ base compensation with a total compensation package of $92,000 - 105,000+

Schedule

Flexible schedule to accommodate patient needs and personal commitments.
