Physical Therapist
Therapeutic Associates Physical Therapy at Providence St. Joseph's Medical Center is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist, preferably with neuro and vestibular rehab experience, to join our team at our Outpatient Clinic in Burbank, CA.
About the Role
We are proud to have a newly constructed Outpatient clinic on the Hospital campus where we provide state-of-the-art care and specialty services in hand therapy, oncology, head and neck lymphedema, orthopedic, sports medicine, pelvic health for men and women, balance, Parkinson’s disease, torticollis, and more. Our facility serves patients ranging from newborns to older adulthood, including NICU, orthopedic, neurological, oncology, bariatric, and ICU early mobility. We are an advanced primary stroke center.
Our facility is separated into four areas: inpatient, outpatient, acute rehab, and lymphedema/oncology rehab – each offering unique perks:
- Inpatient: Bedside treatment and two different PT gyms.
- Acute Rehab: Separate floor with a PT/OT gym.
- Oncology Rehab: Separate clinic with lymphedema rooms, a gym, and a restorative garden.
- Outpatient Clinic: Multiple treatment rooms, a hands area, and a gym.

Responsibilities
- Conduct initial evaluations and accurately assess patient conditions to develop appropriate goals and treatment plans.
- Work an established schedule with flexibility according to daily clinic needs.
- Complete accurate documentation through EMR (EPIC) software.
- Meet the demands of the clinic’s schedule and work effectively with support staff.
- Embrace the role of mentor and teammate, supporting other staff as needed.
- Demonstrate eagerness to advance clinical skills and develop personal leadership excellence.
