Physical Therapist

About the role

The Center for Physical Rehabilitation is a full-service outpatient orthopedic clinic located in Lowell. We are seeking a Full-time Physical Therapist who is passionate about helping patients regain their independence.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on evaluation results
• Review physician referrals and patient medical records to determine physical therapy treatment requirements
• Provide direct patient care according to established protocols and guidelines
• Document findings, progress, and instructions for patients and caregivers
• Develop and implement a comprehensive physical therapy program based on evaluation findings
• Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and professional colleagues
• Ensure timely documentation of patient care activities

Qualifications

• Graduate degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
• New graduates are welcome to apply
• Current state of Michigan license and CPR certification
• Basic PC skills and knowledge, including EMR system, database software, and MS Office
