About the role
The Center for Physical Rehabilitation is a full-service outpatient orthopedic clinic located in Lowell. We are seeking a Full-time Physical Therapist who is passionate about helping patients regain their independence.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on evaluation results
- Review physician referrals and patient medical records to determine physical therapy treatment requirements
- Provide direct patient care according to established protocols and guidelines
- Document findings, progress, and instructions for patients and caregivers
- Develop and implement a comprehensive physical therapy program based on evaluation findings
- Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and professional colleagues
- Ensure timely documentation of patient care activities
Qualifications
- Graduate degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
- New graduates are welcome to apply
- Current state of Michigan license and CPR certification
- Basic PC skills and knowledge, including EMR system, database software, and MS Office
