Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
- Educate patients and families on recovery and prevention strategies
- Drive measurable functional outcomes
Requirements
- Active Florida Physical Therapist License
- Current CPR Certification
- Strong clinical judgment
- Passion for patient-centered care
- Positive, team-oriented mindset
- Desire for professional growth
Qualifications
- Experience in outpatient orthopedics, inpatient rehab, or acute care preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and patient care protocols
Benefits
- Highly Competitive Base Salary: $87,000–$105,000 + Up to $10,000 Sign-On Bonus
- Additional Earnings: $5/hour weekend differential for inpatient weekend coverage
