About the Role

Join Step & Spine, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, in Prineville, OR (1595 NE 3RD Suite A) as a Physical Therapist in outpatient orthopedic care. We are hiring part-time and PRN Physical Therapists, including new graduates, who seek competitive pay, strong mentorship, and a clear path to professional growth tailored to every career stage.

Pay

Competitive wages ranging from $38.00 to $45.00 per hour, plus an achievable monthly clinical bonus program (over 90% of clinicians qualify).

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
• Active Oregon Physical Therapist license (or eligible)
