Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose patients, developing individualized rehabilitation goals and treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based patient care across outpatient orthopedic and rehabilitation populations.
• Maintain communication with Chiropractors, Acupuncturists, Occupational Therapists, and other providers for collaborative care.
• Complete thorough and timely documentation to support interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Participate in monthly meetings to address challenges, improve clinic operations, and achieve goals.
• Support clinical excellence through continuing education and company initiatives focused on patient outcomes.

Requirements

• New Jersey Physical Therapist License Required.
• New Grads and Experienced Physical Therapists welcome.
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
• Computer Literacy and EMR experience (WebPT is a plus).

Pay

$95,000–$120,000 per year
