We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Remove boilerplate like "Grow Faster. Learn More. Elevate Your Career." etc. Also remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. The posting includes many paragraphs. Need to extract substantive info. Let's parse: - Salary: $95,000–$120,000 + Signing Bonus + Career Growth Path. So Pay section: include salary range and signing bonus. - Benefits: "Full Benefits (Day One) Medical, Dental, Vision Life & Disability Insurance Paid vacation, sick time, and holidays 401(k) match Access to Rain – flexible earned wage advance benefit Signing bonus available". Also "CEU reimbursement Certification support (OCS, COMT, and more) Free Summit Education account Exciting in-house CEUs". Also "Orthopedic Residency Program powered by HSS!" etc. - Responsibilities: "What Our Therapists Do Evaluate and diagnose each patient while developing individualized rehabilitation goals and treatment plans Deliver exceptional evidence-based patient care across outpatient orthopedic and rehabilitation populations Maintain high levels of communication with Chiropractors, Acupuncturists, Occupational Therapists, and other providers to ensure quality patient care Complete notes thoroughly and in a timely manner to maintain collaborative care across disciplines Participate in monthly meetings to identify challenges, improve clinic operations, and achieve clinic goals Support clinical excellence through continuing education and company initiatives focused on patient outcomes" - Requirements: "New Jersey Physical Therapist License Required New Grads and Experienced Physical Therapists are welcome! Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills Computer Literacy and EMR experience (WebPT is a plus)" - Qualifications/Skills: maybe combine with requirements. Could have Skills: "Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills, Computer Literacy and EMR experience". But we can put under Requirements. - About the role: The description about SportsMed Physical Therapy hiring PTs across NJ, mentorship, residency program, etc. Could be "About the role" or "About SportsMed". The instruction: use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to decide which sections have content. We have content for About the role: description of company, mission, etc. Also "Why Physical Therapists Choose SportsMed" etc. So we can put that under About the role. Responsibilities: we have "What Our Therapists Do" list. Requirements: we have license, etc. Benefits: we have benefits list. Pay: salary range and signing bonus. Schedule: not mentioned. So omit. Qualifications/Skills: maybe we can combine with Requirements; but we could have a Skills section for "Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills, Computer Literacy and EMR experience". However the instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe we keep Requirements covering license, experience, skills. Could also have Qualifications for license and experience. But we can keep just Requirements and Benefits and Pay and About the role and Responsibilities. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID. We must output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Thus produce something like:

$95,000–$120,000 per year + Signing Bonus

We should not include Schedule. Check for any duplicated lines: we have "Signing bonus available" appears also in Pay; we have it in Benefits and Pay. That's okay. We must ensure we didn't include boilerplate like "Grow Faster. Learn More. Elevate Your Career." etc. Not included. Check for any mention of "H-1B transfer opportunities". That's substantive; maybe include under Benefits or About the role? It's a benefit: "We proudly support H-1B transfer opportunities for qualified candidates seeking long-term career growth". Could add to Benefits list. Add that. Also "Regional Stability & Flexibility Strong NJ regional footprint with internal transfer options when life changes Long-term career stability within a growing organization". Could be part of About the role or Benefits. Might add to Benefits as internal transfer options. But we must not create thin sections. Adding to Benefits is fine. Add bullet: "Strong NJ regional footprint with internal transfer options when life changes" and "Long-term career stability within a growing organization" and "H-1B transfer opportunities for qualified candidates". Also "Regional mentorship and hands-on professional development Clinical Instructor opportunities for student mentorship" etc. Those are more about responsibilities or benefits? Could be under Benefits as professional development. But we already have CEU etc. Might add to Benefits: "Regional mentorship and hands-on professional development", "Clinical Instructor opportunities for student mentorship". However we should avoid too many thin bullets; but it's okay. We need to preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we must include all specifics. Let's extract all substantive bullet-like statements from the posting: From "Why Physical Therapists Choose SportsMed": - Fast Career Growth & Advancement - Structured clinical career ladder with clear opportunities for long-term advancement - Clear advancement opportunities into senior clinical, leadership, and regional roles - Regional mentorship and hands-on professional development - Clinical Instructor opportunities for student mentorship - New Graduate Support & Mentorship - Strong onboarding and clinical mentorship - Direct support from experienced clinicians and leadership - Guided development in evaluation, treatment planning, documentation, and time management - Emphasis on confidence-building in early career clinicians - Orthopedic Residency Program powered by HSS! - Continuing Education & Development - CEU reimbursement - Certification support (OCS, COMT, and more) - Free Summit Education account - Exciting in-house CEUs - Full Benefits (Day One) - Medical, Dental, Vision - Life & Disability Insurance - Paid vacation, sick time, and holidays - 401(k) match - Access to Rain – flexible earned wage advance benefit - Signing bonus available - Regional Stability & Flexibility - Strong NJ regional footprint with internal transfer options when life changes - Long-term career stability within a growing organization - We proudly support H-1B transfer opportunities for qualified candidates seeking long-term career growth - What Our Therapists Do (Responsibilities) we captured. - About SportsMed Physical Therapy (description) we captured. - Requirements we captured. Thus we need to include all these points. We can organize them into sections: About the role (company description, mission, mentorship, residency program, career growth, etc). Responsibilities (What Our Therapists Do). Requirements (license, new grads, skills). Benefits (full benefits, CEU, etc). Pay (salary + signing bonus). Possibly also a section for "Career Growth & Advancement" but we can incorporate into About the role or Benefits. Since we prefer few substantive sections, we can put career growth details under About the role. We must not create sections with filler. So we will have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Pay. Now we need to ensure we include all specifics from the bullet lists. Let's craft About the role paragraph(s) that include: - SportsMed is a leading outpatient PT provider in Northeast delivering high-quality multidisciplinary care across orthopedic, sports, neurological, vestibular, and rehabilitation populations. - Facilities feature state-of-the-art equipment for effective treatment of orthopedic and sports-related injuries. - Mission: Compassionate, Collaborative, and Convenient Care for Our Communities. - Whether new grad or experienced clinician, we provide structure, mentorship, opportunity to succeed. - Ask about Orthopedic Residency Program powered by HSS! Advance clinical skills through expert-led mentorship, advanced orthopedic training, hands-on intensives designed to prepare for OCS certification. - At SportsMed, we don’t just offer jobs. We build careers. - Fast Career Growth & Advancement: structured clinical career ladder with clear opportunities for long-term advancement; clear advancement opportunities into senior clinical, leadership, and regional roles; regional mentorship and hands-on professional development; Clinical Instructor opportunities for student mentorship. - New Graduate Support & Mentorship: strong onboarding and clinical mentorship; direct support from experienced clinicians and leadership; guided development in evaluation, treatment planning, documentation, and time management; emphasis on confidence-building in early career clinicians; Orthopedic Residency Program powered by HSS! (maybe duplicate but okay). - Continuing Education & Development: CEU reimbursement; certification support (OCS, COMT, and more); free Summit Education account; exciting in-house CEUs. - Regional Stability & Flexibility: strong NJ regional footprint with internal transfer options when life changes; long-term career stability within a growing organization; support H-1B transfer opportunities for qualified candidates seeking long-term career growth. We can combine into paragraphs or bullet list. Since we have a Benefits section already, we could put benefits separate. But About the role can be prose; we can embed some bullet lists inside? The instruction: Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and <
