Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and establish individualized plans of care
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered treatment
- Educate patients and families throughout the rehabilitation process
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to achieve the best outcomes
- Accurately document patient care using our EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools
- Foster meaningful relationships with patients, teammates, and referral partners
- Contribute to a positive, supportive clinic culture
Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
- Current or eligible Physical Therapist license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for helping others and delivering exceptional care
