SportsCare is looking for a full-time physical therapist to work at our clinic in Gresham, Oregon. New grads are welcome to apply! Sportscare and Armworks Physical and Hand Therapy is locally owned and operated by therapists. We started providing physical therapy to the Portland metro area way back in 1963 and added occupational/hand therapy in 2006. We are a cohesive team that uses comprehensive OT and PT treatment approaches at our 6 convenient clinic locations throughout the Portland metro area with an additional location in Salem, OR. We are 85 team members strong! Live where others vacation—where vibrant city life meets world‑class outdoor year‑round adventure: ski at Mount Hood resorts, paddleboard and windsurf through the Columbia River Gorge, unwind on the Oregon Coast, and spend weekends exploring Willamette Valley wineries, Portland’s famous dining and entertainment, and finding your own oasis in the mountains or desert. The role offers 45‑minute appointments, 1:1 care, mentorship, and generous CEU/PTO.

Responsibilities

  • Provide physical therapy services using comprehensive OT and PT treatment approaches.
  • Utilize a wide range of therapy equipment and gym space.
  • Maintain excellent verbal and written communication with patients and team.
  • Demonstrate strong organization and analytical skills.
  • Multi‑task between assignments while keeping composure and flexibility in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Note: Clinicians are not responsible for completing insurance authorizations for patients.

Requirements

  • Graduate from an accredited college with an APTA curriculum.
  • Current state of Oregon Physical Therapy license.
  • CPR certification.
  • Outgoing and energetic personality.
  • Passion for physical therapy and patient care.
  • Enjoys diversity in personnel, clinics, and treatment approaches.
