About the role

At Sport Ortho Urgent Care, Physical Therapists are part of a collaborative care model that works directly alongside Orthopedic Advanced Practice Providers (PA/NPs), Physical Therapy Assistants, and Orthopedic Surgeons under one roof. The clinic offers a top-of-the-field practice with in-house imaging, regenerative medicine, sports medicine, and urgent orthopedic care, ensuring the highest standard of conservative treatment.

Responsibilities

• Treat an average of 10 patients per day
• Work closely with Orthopedic Advanced Practice Providers (PA/NPs), Physical Therapy Assistants, and Orthopedic Surgeons
• Deliver innovative, value-based conservative care
• Manageable daily volumes and realistic productivity expectations
• Team-based approach supporting professional growth

Requirements

• Current Physical Therapy license
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Master’s degree (required); Doctorate (preferred)
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred (new grads welcome)

Qualifications

• Positive, team-oriented mindset
• A passion for integrated orthopedic care
• CPR certification (preferred)

Pay

$5,000 sign-on bonus

$5,000+ annual incentive opportunities for providers who drive exceptional outcomes
