Physical Therapist

About the role

SpiriTrust Lutheran® seeks a Physical Therapist to provide state-of-the-art therapy services to residents in-house.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to residents in a variety of settings.
• Evaluate and develop treatment plans based on individual resident needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Document progress and communicate effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited therapy program.
• Current Physical Therapist state license.
• Minimum 2 years practicing as Physical Therapist preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of physical therapy techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for improving the quality of life for seniors through therapeutic interventions.

Skills

• Proficiency in using medical equipment and technology.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
