Design and implement rehabilitation programs that align with physician plans and patient goals, adapting as needed for optimal results. Supervise and provide clear guidance to Physical Therapy Assistants to ensure consistent, high-quality care delivery. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members, reporting progress and updating care plans as needed.
