Physical Therapist

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat adults with neurologic and orthopedic conditions
• Implement evidence-based interventions such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and gait/balance training
• Develop individualized care plans and document in the EMR
• Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and team members

• Knowledge of neuro and orthopedic rehabilitation techniques
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to develop personalized treatment plans
