About the role

Provide direct patient care as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting, focusing on evaluating, diagnosing, and implementing treatment plans to optimize patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive treatment programs based on patient history and condition.
• Prioritize care needs.
• Assess and provide appropriate interventions, equipment, and education.
• Document all treatments and patient progress per professional and organizational standards.

Requirements

• Graduation from an approved Physical Therapy program with a relevant degree.
• Current NYS Physical Therapist license and registration.
• Effective communication skills.

Qualifications

Preferably, at least one year of experience, though new graduates are welcome.
