About the role

Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive treatment programs based on patient history and condition.
- Prioritize care needs.
- Assess and provide appropriate interventions, equipment, and education.
- Document all treatments and patient progress per professional and organizational standards.
Requirements
- Graduation from an approved Physical Therapy program with a relevant degree.
- Current NYS Physical Therapist license and registration.
- Effective communication skills.
Qualifications
Preferably, at least one year of experience, though new graduates are welcome.
