About the role

RUSH Physical Therapy is seeking a dynamic Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team in Palatine, IL. This position offers a competitive compensation range of $80,000 - $95,000 annually, based on years of experience, plus a $10,000 bonus and/or student debt benefit program.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized physical therapy services to patients in outpatient settings
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Document patient care in accordance with regulatory requirements
• Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of clinical practice
• Assume responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the center, including managing physician relationships and patient portfolios
• Participate in industry-leading continuing education opportunities

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy
• Valid State Physical Therapist License to start
• CPR Certification
