About the role
Physical Therapist providing evidence-based rehabilitation services within an integrated Healthcare & Medical Services department.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients with diverse conditions to determine appropriate treatment plans.
- Develop and implement individualized therapeutic interventions to enhance mobility, function, and quality of life.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient care accurately in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
- Support the organization’s mission of faith-based, compassionate, patient-centered service.
