About the role

R|O|C Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist to join its outpatient orthopedic clinics serving the Greater Phoenix area. The position offers a manageable patient volume, strong team support, clear career growth opportunities within a PT-owned practice, a $7,500 sign‑on bonus, an average of 12 patients per day, no weekend work, and a career path to Clinic Director. New graduates are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide high-quality outpatient orthopedic care
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as needed
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and support staff
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Educate patients on recovery and injury prevention

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
• Arizona Physical Therapist License (or eligibility)
• Passion for outpatient orthopedic physical therapy
• New Graduate Physical Therapists are encouraged to apply
