Responsibilities
- Provide skilled rehabilitation methodologies to improve patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to guide treatment planning.
- Document patient progress and communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare providers.
- Adhere to regulatory standards and ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
Requirements
- Current licensure as a therapist in applicable state(s).
- At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in computer software used for documentation and patient management.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology).
- Passing scores on national certification exams.

- Skilled in using evidence-based practices in therapy.
- Effective problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
