About the role
This position involves working in both inpatient and outpatient departments, as well as caring for swing bed/transitional care patients.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in various settings.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Assess patient needs and progress, adjusting treatment plans accordingly.
- Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and education related to physical therapy.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
- Current in required Continuing Education Units (CEUs).
- Currently licensed to practice in the State of Minnesota.
- Pelvic Health Experience preferred.
- Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association.
Qualifications

- Currently licensed to practice in the State of Minnesota, as certified by the Minnesota Board of Physical Therapy.
