Physical Therapist

About the role

This position involves working in both inpatient and outpatient departments, as well as caring for swing bed/transitional care patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in various settings.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Assess patient needs and progress, adjusting treatment plans accordingly.
• Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and education related to physical therapy.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• Current in required Continuing Education Units (CEUs).
• Currently licensed to practice in the State of Minnesota.
• Pelvic Health Experience preferred.
• Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association.

Qualifications

Schedule

The shift is a day shift, typically weekdays, with occasional holidays and a regular weekend shift rotation.
