Responsibilities

• Delivers high-quality therapy services to patients while fostering positive relationships with facilities and clients, in alignment with Reliant Rehabilitation standards and physical therapy best practices.
• Patient screening and evaluation, development and implementation of treatment plans, discharge planning, supervision of PTAs and Rehab Techs, and case management.
• Upholds professional conduct and complies with all state and federal regulations governing physical therapy.
