Job Summary

We are seeking a physical therapist with an interest in outpatient orthopedics and/or pelvic health that is engaging and friendly with a drive to pursue exceptional clinical quality. You will evaluate, treat, and guide patients through individualized rehabilitation programs, focusing on functional improvement, pain reduction, and long-term wellness in a supportive, patient-centered environment. We provide an outstanding learning environment with clinical mentorship and educational support. Education and Experience

  • Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT)
  • Master's Degree in Physical Therapy (MPT)
  • Current and active state physical therapy license

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients, identify movement or functional limitations, and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide one-on-one interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, education, and the use of physical agents as appropriate.
  • Document evaluations, goals, progress, and treatment sessions accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust the plan of care to maximize outcomes.
  • Educate patients and families on home programs, condition management, and expectations for recovery.
  • Collaborate with referring providers and clinic staff to coordinate care.
  • Ensure informed consent and communicate expected benefits, risks, and alternatives.
  • Discharge patients when goals are met and provide recommendations or referrals as needed.
