Job Summary
We are seeking a physical therapist with an interest in outpatient orthopedics and/or pelvic health that is engaging and friendly with a drive to pursue exceptional clinical quality. You will evaluate, treat, and guide patients through individualized rehabilitation programs, focusing on functional improvement, pain reduction, and long-term wellness in a supportive, patient-centered environment. Education and Experience
- Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT)
- Master's Degree in Physical Therapy (MPT)
- Current and active state physical therapy license

Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients, identify movement or functional limitations, and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide one-on-one interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, education, and the use of physical agents as appropriate.
- Document evaluations, goals, progress, and treatment sessions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust the plan of care to maximize outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on home programs, condition management, and expectations for recovery.
- Collaborate with referring providers and clinic staff to coordinate care.
- Ensure informed consent and communicate expected benefits, risks, and alternatives.
- Discharge patients when goals are met and provide recommendations or referrals as needed.
